How do I donate reusable materials?
All donations must be approved. Please see our donations page for accepted items, then email us description/photos of your material type and quantity. Once your donation is approved, Donation Appointments can be scheduled on Fridays from 12:30-6:30 or Saturdays from 10am-4pm.
Is the creative reuse store open?
Starting June 17th, 2023 the Art FORM Creative Reuse Store has a new location
2888 Adams Avenue, SD 92116.
We will be open:
Wed, Thursday and Friday: 12-4
Saturdays: 11am-5pm
Sundays: 11-2
How do I make a financial contribution?
The easiest way is to click on the black Donate $ button at the top of our page, connecting to PayPal. If you wish to send us a check, please address to Art FORM:

Do you have any volunteer opportunities?
We are working on a volunteer system for our store and program areas. If you are interested in volunteering please email us to share your interest.
Is there a limit to what I can donate?
Yes, but it depends on the item. Some materials we use frequently, some we use seasonally, and some are based on the ebb and flow of programs. All donations must be approved through email. Photos are the BEST way we can know how much of any given material we can accept.
What types of workshops do you offer?
Our primary focus is art education and environmental stewardship workshops with mid-city public schools with students attending field trips to our facility or Art FORM facilitating workshops on school campuses. We also offer seasonal workshops, such as Summer Camps or during school breaks.
We also offer team-building experiences and adult classes.
